ANT-218 Insulation board used special polymer modified adhesive is a kind of adhesive material which takes Portland cement as base material, it is applicable to indoor and outdoor concrete wall, as well as the cement-mortar rendered wall, it has excellent cohesiveness and water resistance.

Applicable Scope
It’s applicable to the adhesion for various of insulation boards such as Polystyrene board and Extruded plate.
The base surface requirements:
The base surface should be solid, smooth, no crack, remover and other attachments, it should be repaired evenly one day early if the base surface is uneven.
The mixing and coating technique
1, please pour the water into clean vessel and mix with the adhesive and stir at the same time until it becomes uniform thick paste, keep it still for 5 to 8 minutes,
(the mix ratio of adhesive to water is 25kgs to 6.0-6.5kgs),stir again and don’t need to add water before using of this product.
2, first please plaster the adhesive on the base surface by dentiform steel trowel (the size of dentiform steel trowel for ground is 8x8x8mm, and it’s 6x6x6mm for wall), then cut it into dentiform stripes, next compress tightly the insulation board on the adhesive in order to avoid hollowing, please adjust the insulation board’s position in 10 minutes to reach the best effect.
3, please you can plaster the adhesive on the back of insulation board, and paste the insulation boards on the base surface, the volume of usage for the adhesive depends on the degree of roughness of base surface, as well as the groove size of tiles.

Storage and packing:
This product can be stored for 9 months under seal in cool and dry place. packing: 25 kgs/bag, 22 tons per 1x20' container.
